UC Stars Dance Owner Ella Grace Clopton to Choreograph Cookeville Theatre Company’s Production of Oklahoma!

We are thrilled to announce that Ella Grace Clopton, owner of UC Stars Dance, has been selected as the choreographer for the upcoming Oklahoma! production with Cookeville Theatre Company this spring. This exciting collaboration with one of Cookeville’s most vibrant performing arts organizations highlights Ella Grace’s dedication to the performing arts community and brings her extensive musical theatre experience to a beloved classic. Cookeville Theatre Company is a local nonprofit theatre rooted deeply in the Upper Cumberland community, producing high-quality and inclusive live performances that bring people together through theatre. They are known for offering opportunities to performers of all ages and experience levels, and their upcoming Oklahoma! production is scheduled for June 2026. Auditions for the show are being held throughout December and January right here at the UC Stars Dance Studio, a testament to the growing partnership between our studio and the broader Cookeville arts community. Ella Grace Clopton’s Creative Journey with Musical Theatre

Ella Grace brings a wealth of expertise in musical theatre choreography to this production. Over the years, she has choreographed more than 10 musicals, including well-loved titles such as Frozen Jr., Matilda Jr., Newsies Jr., and Fiddler on the Roof. Her work reflects a deep understanding of storytelling through movement and a passion for nurturing performers of all ages.

“I am excited to be working with Cookeville Theatre Company again,” Ella Grace shared. “They are doing amazing work with our theatre community to bring family-friendly and fun shows for all ages. It is an honor to be able to work with the community, and Kaitlyn Craig and Charles Long. I know this show is going to be beautiful!”
