Ages 7+ Acro Classes
Recreational classes that meet once a week for 30 minutes. Dancers learn technique and skills, then put what they learned together in a recital at the end of the season!
Acro 1
Class
Mondays 4-4:30
This class is a beginner acro class. Teaching flexibility, technique, and spacial awareness to young dancers helps ensure they have the skills they need for learning acro tricks and tumbling.
You should try this class if:

Your dancer enjoys flipping, rolling, and stretching.

Your dancer is working on the following acro skills: cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, bridge/backbend and recovery, handstand backbend, backbend kickovers.
Acro 2 Class
Mondays 4:30-5
This class is an intermediate/advanced acro class.
You should try this class if:

Your dancer is experienced in acro

Your dancer has the following skills: Cartwheels, backbends with recovery, handstands, handstand backbends, and backbend kickovers.

Dancers will learn walkovers, limbers, handstand variations, diving skills, valdez, aerials, etc.
